2046 - Wong Kar Wai - 2004 I’ve watched this before, and I like it. I enjoy it. But I still don’t understand it. In the DVD extras Wong Kar Wei (“Wang Jia Wei” in Mandarin) talks about Zhang Zi Yi having trouble with the culture of 1960s “ballroom dancers”. Maybe that’s why I don’t understand it. Such classy hostess bars don’t exist anymore. But, yeah. Tony Leung is the coolest. But how can he possibly ditch Zhang Zi Yi… it doesn’t make any sense. I need to see “In The Mood For Love”!

I enjoy it.
